Gilbert was a God send. I met him when my parents and I stopped by an open house in my rental neighborhood. I had gone through a difficult divorce, only "dreamin" as I did not think that I qualified for purchasing a home. He was friendly, respectful and light hearted, and gained my and my parents trust with our first meeting. Gilbert was showing the home along with a finance manager, who offered to research to see if I qualified. I was so surprised to receive a call from Gilbert, the very next day, notifying me that I did qualify and hoped to help me find my "perfect" home. Gilbert was amazing in that he researched homes within my price range, with great detail to what I wanted in a home, from natural lighting, gas stove, a small but cozy yard, room for my parents for future accommodations, as well as school district for my teen daughters. Our safety of the neighborhood was a must, and character of the home as we wanted one that was cozy and welcoming. Gilbert, myself, and occasionally my kids or parents viewed ~25 homes in person. He also took time to send electronic listing’s so I viewed many potential homes on my own. He was extremely patient, understanding and honest vs, making a buck on an anxious, single mom with zero experience on home purchase, as sole owner. Gilbert and I found my perfect home after ~2.5 months of my indifference of what constituted a perfect home. My family and I loved it immediately, and Gilbert went right to work to do his magic. Not only did the owner accept our offer, but my home was appraised higher than purchase price. I signed closing documents, with more than $10k equity right off the bat. Gilbert is amazing at his career and is gentle, and kind, going the extra mile for those he works for. I referred a dear friend to him about 1 year later, and Gilbert did an incredible job for him as well. Thank you, Gilbert for all you did for myself and my family. I highly recommend Gilbert to any home buyer, seller etc. He is well versed in his work and is honest and genuine.
